While car power is still gauged in "horse power", the world has come a long way since the days where horses were the primary mode of fast transport. The dash is a futuristic yet friendly combination of breathtaking technology and wood paneling. This can also be customized to fit the order. The radio sound system is manufactured by the legendary music maker Bose. The surround-sound speakers generate orchestra-quality sound in perfect digital quality. Bose/BMW has also partnered with Sirius and XM Radio to offer satelite channels on the Series 1.
